  • What is the process for returning an item?
    To return an item, pack the unwanted items and attach the pre-paid label to the front of the parcel.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your returned order or proof of return. The refund will be processed to your original payment method and should appear in your account within five days, depending on your card issuer. For more details, see our Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions.
  • Is it possible to cancel my order before dispatch?
    You can cancel your order while it is in the ‘Ordered’ status by signing into your account and viewing your Order History. If the order has been dispatched, you can return it within 28 days of delivery.
  • Is VAT refundable on my purchase?
    UK VAT is applied to orders within the UK and is not refundable. For international orders, UK VAT is not applied and will be deducted during checkout. Local taxes and duties will be applied to your order.
  • Is an account required to place an order online?
    No, you can use the guest checkout. However, opening an account speeds up the order process, allows you to see your Order History, save personal and payment details, and save favourite items to a Wish List.
  • Cancelling my order?
    To cancel your order, go to the Your Orders section, then select the order that you wish to cancel. If the cancellation option is not available, it means that it is now too late to cancel your order.
  • Can I place an order to a different address?
    Yes, your delivery address is chosen at the checkout stage. Your order will automatically default to any saved addresses but you can choose to add a new one by clicking ‘Add a new address’.
  • Which UK payment methods does Finest Box UK accept?
    At finestbox.uk we accept: All major credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. PayPal is also accepted as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • I have received a damaged item. What should I do?
    We take pride in our products so we’re sorry to hear you’ve received your order damaged. Sometimes things can go wrong but don’t worry, as we can help. Please send us a message via the 'Say Hello?
  • Is my order dispatched?
    We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way.
